Members must tag their space and record their name in the storage space book at the Monitor’s station. When a member has not been active in the studio for two months, they must vacate their space. Members who fail to remove their items will be given notice by email and will have 10 days to retrieve their items or the items will be considered abandoned and be disposed of.
    2. Storage spaces claimed by a member but left empty will be assigned to other members.
